Collaborate

There is a place for you at this table.

Whether you are a farmer, chef, florist, artist, musician, maker, venue, business, or cultural steward — we would warmly welcome a conversation.

Why collaborate

More than a booking — an evening we make together.

Every gathering begins with people who love what they do: the grower who knows the field by heart, the chef who has waited all year for that one crop, the florist, the musician, the maker whose work deserves more than a shelf. We bring you together, give you room, and let the night take the shape of what each of you brings to it.

You will know the others by name, have a real say in how the evening unfolds, and find your work held in the same regard as the food, the land, and the music. Come with what you love doing most. We will build the night around it — and make sure everyone there knows whose it is.

During

Guests meet you in person, in a setting shaped around your work — and many makers offer pieces to take home.

Before

We introduce you to guests through your own story in the weeks leading up to the evening.

After

Your work lives on in the keepsake every guest receives, so they can keep supporting you long after the night.

Who we work with

Everyone an evening depends on.

Farms & Producers

Your harvest at the center of the menu — and a chance to share how and why you grow the way you do.

Chefs & Beverage

A single course or a whole evening, composed for the land it’s served on, with pours chosen to lift it.

Musicians & Performers

Song, dance, and storytelling made for one setting and one night.

Florists, Artisans & Makers

Botanical installations and handcrafted pieces woven through the evening, and offered to guests to carry home.

Venues & Properties

Barns, orchards, gardens, greenhouses, and meadows that could host a single extraordinary evening.

Businesses & Nonprofits

Sponsors and community partners who share our belief in this place and the people who sustain it.

For venues & properties

Our promise to the places we gather.

We treat every property as a place before it is a venue. Anything involving historic grounds or a working farm is handled only as you invite.

  • A small, well-managed guest count

  • Full setup and cleanup by our team, leaving every setting as we found it

  • Care agreed in advance for gardens, farms, and any sensitive ground

  • Low-impact lighting and staging

  • Respect for the rhythms of working farms, residencies, and quiet hours

  • All appropriate permits and event liability insurance
